Next Element program: Conflict and You: The Basics Of Compassionate Accountability Embark on a 4-hour self-discovery journey, where you will explore your personal contributions to negative conflict, and experience first-hand strategies for conducting healthier interactions.

Presenter – Sandy Gieber
Co-developer of Next Element’s Leading Out of Drama® training and coaching system, Gieber directs Next Element’s strategic, operational and development priorities, including new product roll-outs. She also manages the firm’s trainer support network, serving as first point of contact for trainers, coaches and executive change agents who desire more information or resources. A certified LOD® master trainer, PCM® trainer and certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Gieber is a human resources generalist and expert in conflict resolution, team facilitation, talent development, process improvement, systems design and leadership and team development.
Sandy has over 28 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry, holding positions of Manager of Organizational Development for Beechcraft, and Change Management Leader for Cessna Aircraft. Sandy presents nationally and internationally on personality diversity, process improvement, and workplace conflict. She was born and raised in Brazil and is currently an advisor with Next Element Consulting.
