The Rising Star award was established in 2019 to recognize our state’s promising Human Resources Professionals in the early stages of their careers. Developed in honor of the 30-year anniversary of KS SHRM’s annual conference, this award is intended to reward emerging leaders in the HR profession and promote the importance of mentoring and fostering the HR leaders of the future.
